1.2 Nominative Fair Use

References to Disney and its trademarks on this Site are made pursuant to the doctrine of nominative fair use. The Site uses these terms solely to identify and describe the subject matter being discussed. Such references do not imply any sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement by Disney.

1.3 Our Tools Are Not Disney Products

The interactive planning tools, calculators, generators, and worksheets offered on this Site are original works created and operated by Magical Blueprint LLC. They are not Disney products, are not connected to Disney’s reservation, ticketing, or account systems, and do not transmit any information to Disney. Using a tool on this Site does not book, hold, purchase, or reserve anything with Disney.

1.4 Original Content

All original written content, graphics, code, design elements, and materials created by Magical Blueprint are protected by United States copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, scrape, or commercially exploit this content without express written permission. This includes the use of Site content for training artificial intelligence or machine learning systems.

You may link to our pages freely and may quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link back to the source page.

1.5 Third-Party Images & Media

The Site publishes a mix of original photography taken by Magical Blueprint and third-party images. Third-party images, photographs, or media are either licensed for use, used under Creative Commons license, or used under applicable fair use doctrine. 3.1 Estimates and Illustrations Only

Every output produced by a tool on this Site is an estimate or illustration generated from the information you enter and from assumptions built into the tool. Outputs are not quotes, guarantees, confirmations, reservations, or professional advice of any kind.

3.2 Information Changes Without Notice

The tools rely on underlying assumptions about Disney’s policies, pricing, booking windows, park hours, attraction lineups, height requirements, transportation options, and operating practices. Disney changes all of these at its sole discretion and often without advance notice. Information built into a tool may be outdated at the moment you use it.

You are responsible for verifying any output that matters to your trip directly with Disney through the My Disney Experience app or DisneyWorld.com before acting on it.

3.3 No Guarantee of Results

Magical Blueprint makes no representation or warranty that any tool output is accurate, current, complete, or suitable for your circumstances, and no guarantee as to the outcome of any booking attempt, reservation, purchase, or trip planned in reliance on a tool. We do not guarantee any cost savings, availability, wait times, ride access, or experience quality.

3.4 Booking Windows and Timing

Tools that calculate booking dates, deadlines, or reservation windows are convenience aids. Disney controls when its reservation systems open and may change those windows, times, or eligibility rules at any time. A date produced by a tool on this Site is not a commitment by Disney or by us that a booking window will open at that time or that inventory will be available.

3.5 In-Browser Processing

The interactive tools on this Site run entirely in your web browser. Information you enter into a tool, such as travel dates, party size, or children’s ages, is processed on your device to generate the output. We do not require an account to use the tools and do not collect tool inputs as part of the tool’s operation. Note that general analytics and advertising technologies described in Section 8 still apply to your visit to the page.

3.6 Downloads Generated by Tools

Certain tools allow you to download a file, such as a calendar file or checklist, generated from your inputs. These files are created on your device. Once downloaded, the file and its contents are yours to manage, and we have no access to it and no ability to update it if the underlying information changes.

4. Health, Safety & Ride Eligibility Disclaimer

This Section applies to all content and tools on this Site addressing attraction height requirements, ride eligibility, accessibility, physical restrictions, or health advisories.

Disney sets and enforces all attraction requirements and safety policies. The posted requirements at the attraction entrance and the guidance provided by Disney Cast Members govern in every case, and they supersede anything published on this Site or produced by any tool on this Site.

Height requirements, health and safety advisories, rider swap policies, accessibility accommodations, and attraction availability change without notice. Measurement at the attraction is performed by Disney, and a child who meets a height threshold according to a tool on this Site may still be turned away.

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. If any member of your party has a health condition, mobility limitation, pregnancy, recent surgery, or other circumstance that may affect their ability to ride safely, consult a qualified medical professional and review Disney’s official accessibility and health advisory information before your visit. 5. Digital Products Disclaimer

5.1 Nature of Products

Magical Blueprint may offer digital products including travel planning guides, itinerary templates, packing checklists, budgeting worksheets, and other downloadable resources (collectively, “Digital Products”). These are independent publications created by Magical Blueprint and are not authorized, endorsed, or affiliated with Disney.

5.2 Accuracy & Currency of Information

The travel and planning information contained in Digital Products reflects our research and personal experience as of the publication date. Disney’s offerings, pricing, hours, policies, attractions, dining options, and other details are subject to change at any time without notice.

Magical Blueprint makes no representation or warranty that the information contained in any Digital Product is current, complete, or accurate at the time of your purchase or use. Purchasers are responsible for verifying current information directly with Disney at DisneyWorld.com or through other official channels before making travel decisions.

5.3 License to Use

Purchase of a Digital Product grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for your own trip planning. You may not resell, redistribute, share, republish, or commercially exploit any Digital Product.

5.4 Not Professional Travel Agency Services

Magical Blueprint is not a licensed travel agency, travel consultant, or travel advisor. Purchase of a Digital Product does not create a travel agent-client relationship. Digital Products are informational resources only and are not a substitute for professional travel planning services.

5.5 Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access, digital nature of our products, all sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If you have a technical issue accessing a purchased product, contact us at john@magicalblueprint.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

5.6 No Guarantee of Results

Magical Blueprint does not guarantee any specific outcome, cost savings, experience quality, or trip results from the use of any Digital Product. Individual experiences vary based on numerous factors outside our control, including crowd levels, weather, Disney policy changes, attraction availability, and personal preferences.

Where the Site allows user comments or community submissions, such submissions represent the views of individual users and do not represent the views of Magical Blueprint. By submitting a comment you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and moderate that comment. We reserve the right to edit or remove any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, off-topic, promotional, or otherwise objectionable, and to do so without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Site or any tool on it will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site, including any tool, at any time without notice.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1 Information We Collect

Information you provide. Your name and email address when you subscribe to a newsletter, submit a comment, or contact us. Purchase and billing information when you buy a Digital Product, which is collected and processed by third-party payment processors rather than by us.

Information collected automatically. IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and analytics tools including Google Analytics.

Information you enter into our tools. As described in Section 3.5, inputs to our interactive tools are processed in your browser and are not collected by us as part of the tool’s function.

8.2 How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Send newsletters and marketing communications, only with your consent

Magical Blueprint is not currently sending marketing email communications. When email marketing is introduced, all communications will comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, clearly identifying the sender, including a physical mailing address, and providing a clear and easy mechanism to opt out of future communications. Opt-out requests will be honored promptly.

8.5 Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers, including hosting providers, email marketing platforms, payment processors, advertising networks, and analytics services, solely to operate the Site and fulfill your orders. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and to use it only for the services they provide to us.

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or where necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.

8.6 Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are retained as needed for tax, accounting, and legal compliance. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

8.7 Data Security

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption across the Site. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.8 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information, opt out of marketing communications, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and be free from discrimination for exercising these rights.

To exercise any of these rights, email john@magicalblueprint.com with your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

California residents. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, you have the rights described above. We do not sell personal information as that term is defined by the CCPA. Our use of third-party advertising cookies may constitute “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and you may opt out using the mechanisms in Section 8.3 or by contacting us.

Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others, have similar rights. Contact us using the address above.

European Economic Area and United Kingdom. If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing. Our legal bases for processing are consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, contract performance for Digital Product fulfillment, and legitimate interests for Site operation, security, and analytics. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8.9 Children’s Privacy

This Site is directed to adults planning family travel. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in violation of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

Our interactive tools ask for information such as a child’s age or height solely to generate an on-screen planning result. That information is entered by the adult using the tool, is processed in the browser, and is not collected, stored, or transmitted to us.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us at john@magicalblueprint.com and we will delete it promptly.

8.10 International Visitors

This Site is operated in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

8.11 Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no consistent industry standard for responding to these signals, and this Site does not currently respond to them.

9. Earnings & Financial Disclaimer

This Site does not make income or earnings claims of any kind. Any references to specific dollar amounts saved, specific trip costs, or discount amounts are examples based on personal experience or research and are not a guarantee of what you will save or spend. Actual costs and savings vary based on travel dates, party size, preferences, discounts available at the time of booking, and other individual factors.

Budget and cost tools on this Site produce estimates that do not include all possible expenses and may not reflect current pricing. They are not financial advice and should not be used as the sole basis for a budgeting or purchasing decision.

Affiliate commissions, advertising revenue, and digital product sales constitute income for Magical Blueprint LLC. This income allows the Site to operate and produce free content and tools. The existence of this income does not compromise editorial integrity.

10. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

Some content on this Site is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools used for drafting, research organization, editing, or code generation. All published content is reviewed, edited, and approved by a human editor before publication, and all opinions, recommendations, and firsthand accounts reflect the author’s own experience and judgment.

As stated in Section 1.4, use of Site content to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems is not permitted.

11. DMCA Copyright Policy

Magical Blueprint respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to john@magicalblueprint.com containing:

We will investigate all legitimate DMCA notices and remove or disable access to infringing content as appropriate. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These disclosures and all matters relating to your use of this Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these disclosures are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dane County, Wisconsin, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at john@magicalblueprint.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

13. General Provisions

Severability. If any provision of these disclosures is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.

No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.

Entire agreement. These disclosures constitute the entire agreement between you and Magical Blueprint LLC regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements on the subject.

Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these disclosures. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Magical Blueprint reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these disclosures at any time without prior notice. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of this Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised disclosures.
